Chef Jerky is a local entrepreneur with a passion for creating delicious and healthy products that showcase the true flavors of the Caribbean. Using only the freshest ingredients sourced from local farms and markets, he developed signature hot sauces and the popular Sorrel drink.

Our Team
Chef Jerky LLC was born out of a passion for bold Jamaican flavors and Caribbean cuisine. The inspiration comes from family—Amy Morris (his mother) and Nakara Morris (his daughter)—whose love for cooking fuels every recipe.
The birthplace of Chef Jerky’s authentic Pan Chicken, best known as Jerk Chicken, was Amy’s Cozy Corner in Duhaney Park, Kingston 20, Jamaica. That tradition lives on in every product: “The realest ting you ever tasted.”
